How Do You Want Your Steak Sir? Cloned or Normal?

My sister doesn’t eat pork because she thinks it is dirty compared to beef. I told her about an article I read that cows today can produce 50 times more milk in a day than it used to because of the advancements of genetics and technology. I would joke at my sister that at least technologists wouldn’t spend time re-engineering pigs than they do with cows (I don’t know of any side effects it has on cows and those that consume them).

Creative Thinking Is For Everyone

Creative thinking is for everyone but unfortunately stereotype has led us to believe that creativity is usually for artists.

Creative thinking is about generating a lot of great ideas which requires creativity. Creativity is not for select artistic individuals; it means continuous improvement. It is about doing something regularly and with conscious effort to improve every time you perform that task. Michael Jordan for instance wasn’t born making fade away jumpers; rather, he shot hundreds of them on a daily basis making sure he improves his technique along the way.

Why I wouldn’t Work for DBSoft

I have worked in a number of companies that make you sign contracts which doesn’t allow you to work for a competitor two years after you have left them; never had I seen them go after employees if they do work for a competitor.

I am so grateful to my past employers for allowing me and everyone else to work for direct competitors even if our contracts prohibited us from doing so.

They would argue that they wanted the best future for us and as a sign of our gratitude we would always tell stories and recommend fine employees to work for them. Sometimes, people go back and work for them knowing the kind of company they are.
