If you want to keep your heart healthy but don’t want to drink wine because of its alcohol content, grape juice is your alternative.
Recent study conducted by Dr Valerie Schini-Kerth who published her findings in the cardiovascular journal said grape juice contains high-levels of polyphenols which block the production of protein related to cardiovascular disease.
