The next time you demand for promotion, pause and ask yourself this question—What have you given in exchange for what you have received?

Reinforcing Your Belief Through Others

Do you find yourself being asked for advice in time of crisis? Do you find yourself giving good logical advice that the other person found useful?

How about this—do you find yourself empty of answers when you’re the one in crisis? Sometimes we already know the best and logical solution to our pressing situation; but often, we need to hear this from another person to validate, reinforce our belief and give us the strength to do the right thing.

The impact of the death of Anna Nicole Smith

Anna Nicole SmithI was still lying on bed when I heard over the radio that Anna Nicole Smith died. I cleared my head and thought they were just talking about her 20-year old son who died middle of last year; unfortunately it was the 39-year old actress.

I was taken aback by the sudden death of her son and now Anna who is still very young had the same fate.

This year I decided that my top most priority is my health which includes losing a great amount of body fat percentage, strengthen my heart, eat healthy foods, kick away any bad eating habits, etc.
