Video Games for Health Exercise

I go to a video games center at least once a week and try to play one of the physically challenging games like—snowboarding, soccer, and shooting; I would get my share of perspiration, and once I saw this kid perspiring as he was playing for almost an hour in the dance revolution machine. Upon seeing the kid I quickly gasp and hoped video games would be created that would serve as gaming and fitness medium.

Spend Your Holiday Bonus Wisely

A couple were proud to show me their new expensive celfone which they bought using all their 13th month pay and charge the rest to their credit card. It was definitely none of my business how they spend their money but knowing they are living on debt makes me think they could use their holiday bonus wiser than buying new phones especially when they are already using expensive phones that are just a year old.

The Secret of Achieving Your Goals

I have just read an interesting article on setting goals entitled How to Set Goals You Will Actually Achieve by Steve Pavlina; which somehow is exactly the opposite of my beliefs and what I have been doing for so many years.

Some of his thoughts on achieving goals include thinking of the present and not the past neither the future and argues – It’s very difficult to achieve a goal that’s based on an inaccurate model of reality — such a goal will surely be an uphill struggle.
